E.g.

“You’re the glue that holds this project together.”  It was during a high-pressure SAP implementation, and their acknowledgment of my contributions to keeping the project on track was incredibly rewarding.

 Anything you’ve done that will impress?  E.g. Found a problem no one else could find and how you did it. Save time and   money by. Improved performance by, etc.   

What have you done, (designed, developed, configured, implemented, etc)  that you are the most proud of?

 Have you received a job well-done letter, email, award, a written Performance Review with Manager’s Overall   Evaluation Rating was: Far Exceeded?
